Important Information about Riding during the extreme Texas Heat
Riding a motorcycle is physically demanding. Especially during the summer months, when the temperaturres are up to and exceeding 100 degrees. On Saturday and Sunday you are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages, i.e. Gatoraide. We will provide ice water. It would be a good idea to bring a bandana that you can soak in water and put around your neck. Cool collars and cooling vests are recommended and can be found here. If you sit behind a computer all week it might be a good idea to wait until the fall to take this course, unless you are in good physical shape. Use your own discretion.
